From our guts to our gardens, the key to health is diversity.
An evening of discussion between Natoora’s founder Franco Fubini and ZOE co-founder Tim Spector. Both are on a mission to build a better food system, based around enlightening consumers on what to eat and how it’s grown. Biodiversity is a big area of focus, with greater diversity in the field, in our supply chains and ultimately in our guts we can build a more holistic, healthier future for everyone.
Unpicking our industrialised food system and what that means for our health and the health of the planet. Tim will talk about public health and current governmental policies. Franco will talk about agricultural impacts.
This event is held in the Starr Cinema via The Corner Bar. The ticket includes a welcome drink. There will be some seasonal produce to try, supplied by Natoora.
Guests are then welcome to say on at the bar afterwards.
Natoora will donate 20% of the event proceeds to support Natoora’s Farm Fund - raising money for young agro-ecological farmers.
